HOW IS THE SOURCING PROCESS MANAGED IN T4T?

In Tech4Trade.com, the sourcing projects are organized as Request For Quotation (RFQ) documents. After a RFQ is created, the RFQ creator can define who to share this document with and who to assign it internally, or externally to perform and follow up on the sourcing activities. Once the RFQ has been created, the assigned person or group of persons will start looking for suppliers accordingly.T4T provides a place right inside RFQ documents to follow up and register all information and quotations gathered from suppliers.

Along the Sourcing process, in many times product samples are sent and received from/to Suppliers. Therefore, T4T gives you the tools to track on the sample shipments and to organize any analysis/confirmations to be done to those samples. (See also SBE Sample Management Services)

At any time of the sourcing and negotiation process, Supplier evaluation and qualification is imperative to select the right suppliers for the long term.T4T makes this possible by associating the Suppliers inside RFQ to specific assessments to be performed by your company or by any independent third-party company like SGS, Veritas or SBE International…(See also SBE Supplier Analysis Services)
